I am a behavior focused trainer which means I will help you address your current habits and behaviors and coach you through implementing sustainable, healthy behaviors. I want your health and fitness journey to fit into your lifestyle. When it's convenient for you, you'll keep a positive relationship with nutrition and fitness. Fitness is not a punishment, so I want you to leave your workouts feeling accomplished and confident. That being said, I do want to push you outside of your comfort zone too.

I've been training with Laura for a year now, and have zero intentions of stopping anytime soon. She is encouraging in and outside of class, always offers modifications when needed, personalizes workouts based on what muscle groups I'm working on and also knows when I'm being lazy and needs to push me harder to reach my goals.

I've been part of Laura's group classes and received personal advice from her for over a year now and I can say with confidence she is phenomenal. Well equipped to push you to any goal you might have whether it's traditional strength training, functional mobility, finding ways to stay a active in spite of an injury  or limitation. Laura has ideas and answers for you and she gives them with a smile. Truly a join to train with her and I hope to continue enjoying her knowledge and encouragement.

Even though I still have a lot of work to do to improve my body's strength, I noticed an improvement with my upper body strength and overall endurance after completing just 4 classes. Laura finds a comfortable alternative to an exercise when needed. I like her honesty when exercises are tough and do not feel that in person gym indimidation when exercising virtually. I would reccomend Laura to anyone who wants to get started on a strengthening program. The hour flys by!
